I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Deleted all my filters this time. Still won't work. Disabling it won't fix it. I have to uninstall. Are you using Adblock or Adblock Plus? I've seen you praise Hyperwords before. I just don't get it. I can't imagine finding any utility in it. My favorites, besides Adblock, are Colorful Tabs and Highlighter. I was stuck without Highlighter for a couple of weeks after FF3 came up and I was miserable. I just reread your post more carefully and I noticed the "Plus." I just installed Adblock Plus instead of Adblock and it works fine. Now that was serendipitous!! Thanks. (Now I have to go back and reconstruct my filter list. Blah.)
