I actually gain fat from head to toe. I've never had anyone guess my weight anywhere near accurate and at 310 could win money from folks who said if I weighed over 250 they would eat their hat:) Bad side of that is I don't look over weight as much as I am over weight. My doctor even commented that I looked good at 250 but really should lower it.

200 might not be a real good goal for me in fact. I left boot camp at 19 at 210 and many said I looked gaunt. Of course I have nowhere near the muscle percentage now so maybe 200 is attainable without looking gaunt. I graduated HS in 1978 at 215 so getting back to 200 would put me under the HS weight.

Edit: I'm 6'3 by the way so I can carry 200 well.
