well said rhoshariasha, the thing I don't understand when it comes to Rhonda, Walther and everyone else who still owns a ton of company shares, why on earth would they not willing give the reigns to others who could make a go of it. Unless ofcourse they have always known that LACC has a fatal flaw that they know will never work commercially. Another words, Rhonda, Walther and all insiders have more than enough shares to feel good about seeing Americhip's business model come to fruition and yet they'd rather sue each other to retain control. The remaining management that has yet to be dragged thru the mud are Ullom, Pacquette and Rehfeld. Rehfeld in particular, still involved thru all this is puzzling. Why wouldn't he have been the first to leave gives me the hunch that LACC is already producing. I'm out, due to reasons of peace of mind, but will watch going forward. this last 10Q showed O/S going up and revenue cut in half. nuff said. PS that unpaid lawn bill is something out of Monty Python.
