All: As I reported earlier today PaineWebber Securities has filed to start to make a market in ISGI possibly as early as tomorrow. I have also heard that other BIG firms are about to come on the box as well. In talking with my friend today he mentioned late today that Wheat, First, Butcher, Singer (WEAT) has also registered to get back on the box after being on for 1 day a couple of weeks back. GREAT news again!

This is what needs to be focused on. TWT and the future. Be leary of the posters who want to drum up old news such as Computer Concepts. They obviously have an agenda. These type of posters will say that they do not. But let me ask anyone of them this? Why do you post on a topic and waste your own time and effort on a stock or situation you supposively have no vested interest in? Human nature does not allow you to do this. We are basically selfish creatures that normally have some sort of "agenda" for everything that we do. Correct? Especially when it comes to taking valuable time out of ones day to post something on the Internet. I would rather spend time with my family than post on a stock that I don't own. These people either have NO LIFE or are working for and with the shorts. I believe the latter.

Other tidbits: One of my associates told me today that Joe Lents is currently in Houston with Don Booth and Arnold Salinas meeting with 2 potential Investment Banking partners. Obviously things are starting to heat up as these LARGER firms do not start to make markets in stocks that trade under a dollar. This is an extremely bullish sign.

As far as the latest 10-Q goes, of the $2.1 million loss for the qtr., $1.8 was a one time expense. Sources have told me that $1.5 million of this loss went to pay Ray Dirks for doing NOTHING and to VistaQuest for doing NOTHING. The other 300K was associated to the Real Estate division that is supposively being spun-out. The same source told me that the company was writing off everything in the 6/96 quarter so the 9/96 qtr. end will be clean. This will also be the first full quarter that TWT will have under ISGI. Lets hope that Mr. Lents has learned his lesson in hiring INEPT PR firms that contribute NOTHING to the stock. If anyone gets through to him make sure this practice ceases!!

Build this company and they will come Joe. You obviously have been doing something right as Paine Webber has one of the largest retail arms in the business. Wheat, First is another large conservative firm that does not get involved in phoney situations. They have obviously done their homework.

What this all means for ISGI shareholders is nothing but good things. Use common sense. New company, new BIG MM's, new future. I am getting real excited about this little company that just got lucky via the TWT need/desire to go public. Nothing more. As things start to unfold don't tell me you didn't hear it here first. Good luck to us all.

John
