The U.S. and Japan have reached a tentative agreement on the port trader issues. This should cool down the retoric and stop the outflow of Japanese and other foreign investment into the American markets. I think we will see a snap back in the market next week that will retrace a significant portion of recent losses. Fund flows, interest rates, and other economic issues may have a positive or moderating effect.

Next week should be a great trading week. IFCI will move to 7 1/2-8 IMO.
