I chart sentiment back to 1998 and sent out a chart this weekend showing three weeks in a row BELOW the lows made in 1998 and 2002 and 2003 bottoms. The good news is the lows are very close together so we could be looking at a bungee boing soon.... Send me an email and I'll send you a copy... it is PDF and too much a pain to upload.
