My heartbeat is fairly slow. So slow that I can't get these home BP meters to work. I just got back from the Kaiser clinic, my weight was down to 245.6 with no effort. I think that's the lowest it's been in a year. Probably due to my Kidney op. I will check it there every Monday morning and report it here.

I had cut my Atenolol down to one pill a day instead of two and that was a mistake. My BP was 168 over 77. Came right home and took another Atenolol.

I stopped at Costco and got some Ketone strips. Plus, four big rib-eyes that I will make into twelve for fast meals. $9 a pound for choice, $31 total, my favorite steak. I have one on the stove right now. And I got six pounds of pork country style boneless shoulder for an alternative. $2.19 a lb, six pounds worth.

Boiling eggs also for deviled eggs. It's "steak, pork and eggs" for me for the next two weeks.
