If this is the "absolute bottom", it will mean that the fear that drove this correction was groundless. Since uncertainty about 98 prospects is behind the fear, and Carl Johnson added to that uncertainty by claiming 98 business will slow because of the transition to 300mm, I wonder if his announcement today was grandstanding to draw attention to his investment newletter.
