Well I stepped on the scale and had edged up to 260 so I'm starting this morning. I will report here also so that you and I can kind of egg each other on:) Good for you on the head start. Isn't Atenolol to lower your heart rate? I have a rapid pulse and I thought that was the pill I was taking for that and the diuretic was for the bp.
