Technology Stocks : Micro Linear (MLIN)?

The best match would be a digital chip company with
its own fab. We mentioned CY, which would still be a viable
choice. I used to think LSI might fit, but LSI has been
hammered lately, and I do not know how its shareholders
would react. However, from what I understand, their new fab
in Oregon has plenty of spare capacity.

TXN has already some analog design activities, but from
what I understand, they are recruiting heavily. Since their
stock is extremely high, they could use it to structure
a very attractive stock deal. In fact, I would not mind
trading my MLIN position against TXN stock, even if the
exchange rate is 10 MLIN = 1 TXN.
