Predictions... 1. Q3 will be an upside suepreeze... 2. Stock will peak on Q4 expectorations... 3. They will eat through the bulk of the remaining Tax Asset fiction by 12/31... 4. In February we will discover that they have thrown up another chunk of the $100M+ tax loss carry-forwards, which when added to the $450k/Q in "compensation awards," will be sufficient to successfully destroy... er... uh, I mean "manage"... the GAAP eps numbers for the entire year 2009... 5. In May of 2009 RMTR will have @$12M+ cash in the bank... a trailing twelve month non-GAAP eps of 0.50... a stock price of $6... and a tasty little not-GAAP P/E of 12... since you are lucky. HEY!... It beats the 9.97 P/E we got now don't it?!?! If this is the "top management of any small cap company" a money manager can find... it is painfully obvious that this country is trying to steal the pot while holding nothing but a pair of twos. But I digress... 6. In August of 2009... possibly sooner... they will trundle out *Stock Option Compensation Plan From Hell v4.5* and secure effective management control of the company at 40% of the outstanding in accrued stock options by 2015... 7. By 2014 the company... er uh... or should I say the "top management?"... gets bought out by a government sponsored Chinese VC Fund. Final Prediction: By 2016 all mainstream memory IP... and 25% of the logic IP will be *ferroelectrified... And you'll still be sitting there... holding your Aces and Eights. 0\|0 P.S. You are well on your way back to 3.75 for yet another "marvelous"* buying opportunity! What a country...
