Here is a proxy vote question. If one selects the Legal Proxy box on the ballot, it requires attendance at the meeting to vote, and instructs the shareholder not to fill out the proxy ballot. However, the SEC proxy statement filed by the company, indicates that proxy ballots can be submitted in advance of the meeting, and then resubmitted by voting in person at the shareholders meeting. I would like to know that if I submit the ballot in advance, can I still attend and vote at the shareholder's meeting?
