What do you mean by 9:00 pm being too late? you couldn't see sunset anyway, as the dining room is facing the east (the skyscrapers).

You would want to see the city lights, no?

PS: Another great NYC dining spot is TriBeCa Grill, owned by Robert de Nero. One time when I was dining with a friend, we saw him there--right there leaning against the bar. My heart nearly jumped out of my chest, literally.
