Excuse me, but lots of rigs and drill ships are being built right now. The articles you've posted on this all indicate the current shortage will last a couple or 3 years which is not that long. If we began leasing new acreage next year it might be that long before drilling targets were identified. So the current tight rig market isn't a serious long-term barrier to new drilling. Four dollar gas is a problem now. We have to do something while waiting for drilling to commence 2-3 years down the road.
