Interesting that we both did that. You defended your position (on this and other issues) much better than I did, however. My comments were interpreted in a way I did not expect. Like you, I'm not a supporter of gay marriage. I simply don't have an interest in opposing it any more. I've only known a few gays and lesbians in my life (that I know of) and the ones I knew were good people, indistinguishable from any other if you did not know the relationship. For my money, people's private business is none of mine.
