The only thing I might ad if I were you would be to do a little weight lifting. I bought a graduated set of dumb bells and lift every other day. I don't lift much weight................up to 5lb'ers now.........but I sure can feel and see the difference. Being a woman, I've always been weaker than I like in my upper arms, but I've noticed that this lifting has really helped

One of my problems is I have flat feet, so I have to use orthotics, but I've been very active all of my adult life, and regardless of the season, I make time for walking. Have for years and years.
