Debra: I worked as IR for the famous Jim Ling, the conglomerate king of the 60's ( but I was with him in the 80's) and he had many memorable sayings. One of my favorite was addressed to ALL CPA'S AND ATTORNEYS. All. "Don't tell me I can't do this. Tell me HOW it can be done."

Isn't that what you're trying to say, but simpler? I'm not trying to argue, I completely agree! Just thot you'd like the Ling quote.
