According to the media's double standard, Repub politicians must be squeeky clean, Democrats...well, that's another story. Today's recent quote by Obama where he claims to be "the symbol of the possibility America will return to its best traditions" is a case in point. This AM a liberal writer argued that the statement was taken "out of context." Isn't that always the excuse used for BO's verbal gaffes?..yet McCain's "stay in Iraq 100yrs" was treated by the left as an all-inclusive truth, and replayed non-stop for weeks. >Politicians have to be squeeky clean.
