This stuff indicates they are out of bullets and
very desperate, so the PPT can no longer prop
the markets any other ways but by imposing
some silly rules. Usually this never works - as
short covering rally runs its course, the markets
start to fall again. This has a very bad smell of
a crisis coming to USA within a few months if not
a few weeks. I actually wonder if this short covering
rally is just about out of steam.
