Maybe because it ran from 7 to 22 last year. If earnings come in in the fourth quarter it will go again.

Quentin, good question. It seems they have a lot of things going on in terms of business (new contracts) and potential business. The "pipeline of sales" as the co. has called it for the past year or so. I liked the tenor of the poster who claimed that the co. was overwhelmed by the potential. But as you indicate, the pipeline won't mean much till they show some earnings. I had hoped it would be the fourth quarter. Now I see the earnings revised for the same accounting reason as last year. I thought they indicated that 96 fourth quarter earnings were to be merely rolled over into 97, when cash from 96 could be banked. Can anyone explain this accounting situation in layman's terms?
