Close to it.......funding research and mass transit expansion will not be cheap. You understand, michael, we are behind other more progressive countries re. this issue. Nearly every major city in Europe and Asia with more than 500k people has a subway and light rail system in place. Most American cities of equivalent size are lucky to have buses. And those that do have buses that are falling apart. So we need buckets of money and fast.
