Not republicans John, democrats remain the problem. Your hero of NewOrleans, Landrieu is for oil shale production, but she voted against it because the democrat leadership told her to. money.cnn.com Oil shale wasn't economical at $2 a gallon gasoline until the democrats took the majority and ran gasoline up to $4 a gallon.
