Help! Can anyone try to give me an explanation as to why anyone would think that asking investors in 2008 to pay the imaginary taxes of investors who *may or may not* exist in 20XX is a good thing? Even assuming (its a stretch but I don't want to stack the deck) that the current management and the current shareholders will all still be sitting pat in Ramtron on 1/1/2025... what possible benefit has either management or the shareholders derived from this EBIT adjustment? 0\|0
