I'm wondering if anyone can analyze the other question here, which is the suitability of VoIP for wireless networks - IMS excluded, but Wimax, Wifi, HSPA, UMTS, everything else - included.

Does any mobile RF scheme have relative advantages/disadvantages?

I think we touched on this a few years ago, but never resolved the matter. It seems rather important when discussing all-IP mobile/nomadic networks. No?
