I have not seen any comments on the current issue of MONEY that I just received yesterday. In a review of 15 big-cap stocks, Intel was #1. It was the only one that "scored" in all five of their categories. It was one of only two stocks about which they said if you don't have it, buy it, if you do have it, congratulate yourself .... and buy more (the other stock was General Electric). In fact, except for Intel and GE, none of the 15 largest-cap stock reviewed was rated any higher than "hold" (Intel and GE were the only "buys" out of fifteen stocks). Next week, we have Worth coming out with an even more comprehensive article reaching a similar conclusion. Unfortunately, I fear that both of these will be completely wasted in the market environment that will prevail for the next couple of weeks (at least, and hopefully not much long than that).
