Are others getting a laugh from the whining from the hedge funds, MM's, prime brokers and their defenders, now that it looks like the manipulative gig could possibly be up?

They have made billions, perhaps trillions, at the expense of retail investors and now that the light is on them, you see them complaining, just as they did when the "grandfather" clause was implemented so as to prevent any "squeezering" of their shorties.

I just read a fairly moronic recount defense that "short and distort" was different in some way from "pump and dump" because nobody would distort first and then short. I don't get the logic there but it's typical of the hypocrite. The "no such thing as paid bashing" crowd ignores the hedge fund managers who have posted on these very boards, the associates, and others who have been caught bashing, often without disclosure, are ignored by the "Enterprise Crew." He forgets the post by the well-known hedge fund manager who claimed to "create volume" so that he could dump shares on the sheeple that followed him from board to board.

There's plenty of scamming to go around in the markets and anyone who claims that there is no manipulation on the short side is either a hypocrite or "captured" by the industry in my opinion.
