Yes, they are margin related, but one way to improve margins is to improve yields and lower average cost per unit... INTC can immensely lower the per chip cost be going to smaller geometries first and then 300mm wafers. Tillamook is a high margin product since its produced at .25 micron, unlike the bulk of INTC chips right now which are produced at .35 micron. One of the reasons why INTC missed (among many) is that Tillamook shipments weren't as high as analysts thought they were going to be this quarter.
