I guess it depends on the school. They certainly did at Bryan High a few years back.

Obama turned 18 only a few years after the draft ended. I got one of the last draft cards issued. I remember contemplating whether or not I should burn it after the draft ended. Just for historical reasons.

But my mom took it from me.
