My opinion now is that no matter what happens in court, the company will be lucky to survive. As it is, posters going by the biz are not seeing any activity. The court case did not involve ACII shutting down or limiting it's operations....but so few cars in the parking lot everyday...They said orders were rolling in so fast they were operating a 6 day 3 shift week.....Now the plant has very little activity if any.....I think there will be alot of dirty water coming out in court....ACII is already tarnished and these ridiculous court battles will only tarnish it more imo.....people are now seeing the many years of lies and deception by all involved with ACII....They keep saying one thing, while they dole out shares like they are paper while accomplishing none of their goals or objectives, that is unless their goal all along was to simply deceive people out of their hard earned money....I do not see any large company such as GM or CAT giving and real or substantial business to such a very troubled company imo.....I think ACII will milk this for all they can, but will eventually file for bankruptcy....I do not see a way ACII can "win".....I feel very bad for shareholders that were duped by this company over the years, but those that are upset should be upset at themselves or the company...not MB posters who had nothing to do with the deception this company has pulled and nothing to do with making people buy and sell ACII. If you bought ACII and are not happy, then blame yourself or the company who stole your money..I do not see any MB posters here that FORCED anybody to buy this stock......Huge losses typically anger people which is understandable, but that anger should be directed to either the company who deceived you or you, the individual investor who hit the buy button on his own without being forced to....It is called being held accountable for your own actions...Not blaming others for your own mistakes....
