Marshal Reynolds said specifically at the meeting that the SPAC arbs were "just an inconvenience" and that ESA was too good a company to not proceed. In other words, the arbs are going to be taken care of soon.

If the deal was in danger the warrants would be trading at a penny or so at this point.

Edit: and the stock would be trading near the liquidation value of approx. $5.97
