I think so..I just dont see any way they can survive this...the damage is pretty severe.....ACII is tarnished imo...I dont care if they bring in new Mangmt or if they sell LACC Tech....Not many are going to throw a penny at this until AFTER EVERYTHING IS VALIDATED TO BE LEGIT AND a until AFTER they see AUDITED NUMBERS WITH PROFITS. I just think it is very doubtful that will ever happen. IMOOC. And yes, regardless of what some may think, I do feel bad for anybody that lost on this....I am not the type to root for people to lose money or dance on their graves when they do...just the opposite..I do DESPISE deceptive companies and deceptive insiders and only wish that they were the ones losing and not the shareholders....Unfortunately, that is not the case with penny stocks....IF Marc or Rhonda end up in jail, you can bet I will go visit and tell them in person they got what they deserved.....
