Like his fellow 9-percenters, Obama thinks we need to choose between expanding supply and conservation. We can both produce more oil and inflate our tires correctly and be better off for doing both. Democratic minds somehow have a problem grasping that. Two ideas at once is a problem. How long did you say it would take before OCS drilling impacts the price of oil?
