A dollar run is not catastrophic enough? It's a nightmarish
devilish Halloween-type ECONOMIC VIOLENCE and a complete
meltdown. Imagine what T-rates of Circa 10% and above will do
to housing, the stock market, and the economy. It happened
to others, but never in the USA. Not to mention that the
dollar run will inevitably trigger the implosion of
all derivatives.

Nobody knows the future, but a huge alarm bell is ringing.
This STINKS to high heavens, Max.

Here are recent official assurances (most recent first,
although #4 is very repetitive)

US sovereign debt is fine despite drastically increased
spending.

SEC introduces temporary rule to prevent stock
market meltdown.

Treasury will defend the dollar

US is committed to strong dollar

Fannie and Freddie are fine, their debt is fine...

Needles to say, we've seen these assurances before in many
remote places, and the SHTF moment was never far behind...
Maybe this time is different and USA is different.
