It isn't enough to just buy the shares of ESA in the open market now. Share purchased after 6 June have no voting rights at this special meeting.

Have to get the voting proxies of the holders of record on 6 June, the record date for the meeting. Looks like there are more i's to be dotted and t's to be crossed.
