re: EPA, yeah I agree and I don't get it really. Redwood city has gentrified over the years. Even East San Jose Alum Rock has improved, there are some areas up on the hill near McKee that have gone from 60K shanty shacks to $400K lots with no improvement whatsoever, because builders want to build up there. None of this is happening in EPA.
