Since markets are forward looking, thats hard to say. Some people attribute the current slip in prices to Bush's ending the executive order. Though the change in national opinion may have something to do with it. Don't be dense Brumar. When can we expect oil to start flowing from OS platforms off the coast of FLA or CA once Congress lifts its ban? Your best guess as a professional, not a partisan.
