>>I just think your characterization of Rush Limbaugh is a little over the top. The clips from about two dozen Howard Dean speeches were nearly, but not quite, identical, proving that Dean has a one track mind. <<

Maybe it just proves that he gave the same speech to many different audiences. Politicians do that, you know. One could work up a set of clips like that of McCain repeating the same thing, or even of Rush Limbaugh doing it. And since only the one line was extracted from those speeches, Rush hasn't given you a full enough picture of what Dean said in them to conclude that he has a one track mind.
Of course, Rush likes it a lot when other people talk about him, and generally makes a point of letting his listeners know about it. Speaking of being arrogant, Rush takes the cake.
It is entirely possible that my characterization of Rush is over the top, as you say. I feel the same way about your characterization of Barack Obama as an empty suit. I also think mine view of Rush is closer to the truth than your view of Obama is. But of course I would think that, since it's my view. I could be wrong. I'm not, but I could be.
Now, on to things that actually matter. I'm so sorry to hear your wife was under-treated for her sinus infection, and that it developed into pneumonia. I had a similar experience once when I had a shattered knuckle on my left ring finger, but the ER Radiologist said the X-Ray was negative. I walked around in extreme pain for ten weeks, before finally seeing a hand specialist. My hand has never been the same.
I pray for her swift recovery.
