If I understand the Order correctly, it was approved still subject to the Bankruptcy Court's approval of the Disclosure Statement as having adequate information in accordance with section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code. Don't know what section 1125 means but I am interested in knowing how Ampex management will wiggle their way out of their "inadequate" Disclosure Statement in light of James Feldman's affidavit and his excellent investigative work and findings; and exposing Ampex's true past relationships and agreements with Hillside, Shereborne, and Newhill Partners, etal.. We all owe James Feldman a huge debt of gratitude for all he's done on behalf of the shareholders...I know I do.
