Update on nephews condo.
He has not paid his mortage for 11 months.
Yesterday he received a letter telling him his mortage has had a rate adjusment upwards;0) He does not pay taxes on his condo.
He does pay the HOA to the place will look nice till they throw him out.
He has received NO notice of forclosure!!!
