Part of the problem here is the company (via their history) has not given shareholder's any reason to trust them. I beg you to tell me which press release regarding dbExpress sales, sales relationships, etc have materialized into $$$$ for the shareholders? The company has been hyping that dbExpress has already been incorporated into BT's products - so where is the revenue and why the need to raise more capital??? Where are the revenues going? I'd like to see Dan and Dan's stock portfolio and where their interests really lye. The recent filing is just one more deceptive act by company management to screw shareholders. Do you for one minute, considering their history, think they have your interests at heart? Maybe they did have a recent religious transformation but I haven't yet seen any edvidence that they have changed their ways. So, you can analyze the filing to death and still not guess what it really means - if management was forthright - we'd already know the answer. Those rose colored glasses really look nice. PS - Rick - I'll assume you know this is not directed at you.
