My own sentimental favorite is Ch. Malescot St. Exupery ... next door to Margaux and not rated nearly as highly, but producing wines far better than their historical classification and available at not nearly as such searing prices. Our tasting group did a vertical once with 8 bottles going back into the 60s ... absolutely divine. One of the few wines I have seen completely stop a rambunctious conversation.
