I've not heard any good ideas from either camp. But I do know those currently running the show have created one hell of a mess with their dumb actions. I'll stick with the one who focuses more on long term solutions This problem could have been long solved had we stuck to the energy plans of Carter. What a different world it would be had alt energy been the key driver of growth rather than fat cat profits.
