Ted, Sarah is exaggerating....even the oil president, Bush, says 7-10. But what about OCS drilling about which you all are so jazzed? How long to get oil from offshore? Inquiring minds really need to know. The time to market went up by one day from yesterday. What infuriates me is that no one from Bush on down is getting the American people on a program of conservation. I want both (Plus other form of energy). As of today, conservation is not outlawed by Congress, only oil exploration and drilling are outlawed by Congress in many place where there is oil. And what also pisses me off is that Bush is proposing to shift mass transit funds over to highways to make up for a shortfall due to the gas tax drop off. So very typical of the president you voted into office twice. Highways are needed one way or another. As far as subsidies, I don't have enough information to know what the best breakdown should be.
