There have been "ride-along" shorts in on this decline. Hard to tell if the seller still has inventory. It's Friday, and small biocaps have been in a furious rally. If the seller is gone, watch this puppy? disclosure.... I'm long, having just bet that this CINN seller is one of the ride-alongs, pushing on a string.
