WGW/WGI: Decent resource of 4.3 mill ounces low grade but now producing at around $500 per ounce cost or so I imagine and maybe atad lower when full production of 50,000 ounces for the third qurter is achieved. <2008 Cost of Sales per ounce $470-$490> from website. They ahve about 50 million in cash as far as I know.
CGC/CGLD: Minimum of two million ounce resource very low production costs of around $350 per ounce.Not sure why the NR says lwoer but that may not be all in costs: Net income was approximately $2,740,000 in the third quarter. The Company had a 29% increase in net income compared to $2,126,000 in the second quarter. Earnings per share for third quarter were $0.02 and $0.04 for the nine months ended April 30, 2008. -- For the quarter ending April 30, 2008, net sales were $8,730,000 from 9,466 ounces of gold sold at an average price of $922 per ounce, as compared to sales of $8,043,000 from 9,550 ounces sold at an average price of $843 per ounce for the second quarter. -- Cash costs of $247 were achieved for the nine months ending April 30, 2008 -- well below the gold industry average of approximately $371 per ounce.>>>>>>>>>
I do not know their cash on hand.
SGR producing at about 50,000 onces per year by year end 2008 Maybe 2 mill ounces in all categories.$350 cash cost at 800 t/d production. They have about 30 million in cash count marketable securities.
