Looks like PRC has their share of problems with extremists. They'll be taking security very seriously at the Olympics.
UNDT isn't making a bunch of PR's, probably waiting for share price problems to be squared away with publicity from the games.
UNDT HAS BEEN WORKING LONG & HARD ON THIS. Don't think $67,000.00 will be enough to float their bubble; nor does it look as if scamming is what they're about.
