Did I read your chart wrong. It looks like a 6 month plot. I think that there are quite a few people who have had the stock for a much longer time period than 6 months. Look at the price history of the stock for say 2 or 3 years if you want to see a real down trend.

You will also see that if the stock goes above $3, there is no resistance up to around $4. There was extream volume in the stock several times in the past when the stock was trading in the $4-$6 range.
