Yes the government provides a lot of those things, but that doesn't mean the government should be the main provider for all of them, or even be a provider at all for each and every one.

And some of them, for example "trade relations" are governments dealing with the problems that are created by governments.

But the main point is that government doesn't limit itself to just these things, and that even within these things it often doesn't "do just about everything right", or even close.
