You got that right, Buster. Also in the audio recording world it will be utilized. You could used a 4 Gig Rocket cartridge to record an entire album's worth of material using digital multitrack. Recording Studios will have an entirely new platform in addition to analog tape and hard drives when Syquest delivers these things.

In the video editing world, 1 Gigabyte is simply not enough storage space. 4.3 Gigs opens up whole new worlds in editing shorter length projects like TV Commercials and Short Films. Here in NY, I can easily see every Avid Suite in the City equipped with a Syquest Rocket Drive. If your able to take an entire project anywhere, without having to back up to DAT or haul around hard drives, it will be a revelation.
