Thats a weird rule for a broker. 1/64 on a 1/8 stock is 12.5%.
Ameritrade online is $8 market and 13 limit. Any # shares

LiveQuotes is good site, but they round off to 32nd can't see the
9/64th buys as they look like sells.

Internet trader gives the unrounded quotes.
